What if your life was perfect just as it is? If it’s not, pretend it is.
Be grateful and blessed for everything and everyone in your life without any doubts or expectations, even the most difficult parts. And then watch the changes.
Assess your relationship
Think about your closest relationship and pick one element in it that is vital to your emotional and physical health. If you feel you have a really healthy relationship, go ahead and celebrate it! It it’s still not perfect, make sure you integrate it into the quality of your life.
Think about one thing that you would like to create in your life. Make a clear picture in your head, give it colour, sound, movement. Breath into it while you animate your image, bring it to life and fill your soul.
Believe in the power of visualization and then choose to take one tiny step to get you closer to that dream of yours.
Control your psychic energy
Consciously focus on your tranquility. No matter how stressful your day may be, keep this intention in your mind to remain calm and centered. And keep on coming back to it any time the stress level rises.
Eat healthy foods
Maybe you already do that normally and if that’s the case you should feel very good about how well you’re taking care of yourself. But most people could maybe pay a little more attention to this area.
This week, try eating only foods that are good for you. If it makes you feel better, make it a habit.
Let go of your pride
Sometimes negative pride can cause more harm and suffering to your relationships and your overall life than you would imagine. Start noticing when you loose power because of your false pride and notice how it can poison and harm you in the end.
Thing about one thing in your own life that you are ashamed of, something you did that you regret, something that makes you feel angry at yourself, something you have yet to forget. To get over it and heal you need to forgive yourself as well as others. Love yourself enough to heal.
Trust your own wisdom
Think about one thing that you’ve learned, something that became one of your greatest truths, and apply it to your life somehow this week.
Use that wisdom of yours and feel the power of transforming your thoughts into action.
