one on one packages
* “caterpillar”
A package of 12 one on one sessions held over a 3 months period. In person or over the phone these sessions can be held in english or portuguese. The sessions will take approximately 1 hour. Unlimited email coaching is offered in between the sessions. Free subscription of the weekly tips is included in this package.
* “chrisalys”
A package of 22 one on one sessions held over a 6 months period. In person or over the phone these sessions can be held in english or portuguese. The sessions will take approximately 1 hour. Unlimited email coaching is offered in between the sessions. Free subscription of the monthly newsletter and weekly tips is included in this package.
* “butterfly”
A package of 48 one on one sessions held over a 12 months period. In person or over the phone these sessions can be held in english or portuguese. The sessions will take approximately 1 hour. Unlimited email coaching is offered in between the sessions. Free subscription of the monthly newsletter and weekly tips as well as access to all the workshops occurring during that period are included in this package.

* “Women with capital W”
A 6 month program for an exclusive group of powerful women (8 – 10) who want to rock their world.
If you are tired of doing want you have to, wishing you could do or be a lot more, it’s time to make things happen and live the life of your dreams! Anything is possible!
The program includes, individual coaching sessions, group coaching sessions, self-care programs, lots of inspirational themes and guests and a full time support. After these 6 months, your life will never be the same.
* “Love, the Real thing”
An open hearted group of like minded people (10-12) form a Mastermind group to discuss and learn about Real Love – Unconditional Love and the way to live it in our families, intimate relationships, parenthood and work.
Each theme will be discussed over a period of 3 months.
* “Meaningful Conversations Night”
A once a month meaningful conversation around a theme of major interest. We may have a surprise special guest. Please send suggestions for your preferred themes via email.
